"Packaging was honestly better than I expected"
My order from fasttech.com showed up packed really well, which I noticed right away because I had just gotten home and was already in that mood where I didn’t want to deal with a messy box. The package wasn’t oversized or stuffed awkwardly, and everything inside had enough wrapping that nothing was rattling around or sliding all over the place.
I was a little worried since it was coming from far away, and packages can have a rough trip depending on who handles them along the way. But everything arrived clean, with no dents, cracks, or broken pieces, so I was happy with how carefully they packed it.

"Surprisingly, It’s Actually Legit"
I was half expecting some kind of issue, because apparently that’s just how online shopping goes now, but the product turned out to be genuine. No problems so far, which was a nice change.

"Decent review system, but it has its ups and downs"
fasttech has been okay for me overall, but I have mixed feelings about the review section. Some reviews are genuinely helpful, especially when people include photos or mention specific details about the product. But then there are a lot that are super short, like just saying “good” or “works fine,” which doesn’t really help much when you’re trying to decide what to buy. I do wish there were better ways to filter for the useful reviews, and it would be great to see follow-up comments after people have used the item for a while. It’s not a bad system, it just feels like it could be a lot more helpful with a few improvements

"Decent shipping options, but I felt a bit ignored"
I do like that FastTech offers a few different shipping choices for international orders. My package to Europe arrived without any real problems, though it wasn’t exactly fast. The tracking was okay, but when I had a question, it kind of felt like I was being ignored for a while, which was frustrating.

"Preorder worked out without any fuss"
I was a little on the fence about preordering at first, mostly because you never really know if it’s going to turn into a hassle. But it was fine. I ordered it, kind of forgot about it for a bit, then the shipping went out right around when they said it would. Tracking updated normally too, which is always nice because I check that stuff way too much. Nothing exciting happened, which in this case is a good thing. Just waited like expected and it showed up. I’d order from them again

"Good shop, but customs was ridiculous"
I ordered a few parts from Fasttech and the actual shopping experience was totally fine. The only issue was customs holding my package for almost two weeks, which was ridiculous. I also had to pay a small import fee, but that’s not really Fasttech’s fault. Everything arrived in good shape, and their support got back to me when I asked about it. Annoying delay, but overall still a good experience. 4 stars

My order ended up on backorder and it did take a bit longer than I’d hoped, but support kept me in the loop enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was going on.

Well... I ordered from fasttech.com and the tracking was accurate. Every update seemed to match what was actually happening, and the delivery showed up right when it said it would. No sitting around guessing or wondering where my package was. Happy with the whole experience.

The payment did work in the end, but it took longer than I expected to confirm. I kind of assumed it was stuck at first because usually if something spins that long, my brain goes straight to “uh oh.” It eventually went through, though...

I’ve ordered a few things from FastTech, and to be fair, most of it was better than I expected for what I paid. The packaging was decent, and everything worked like it was supposed to. One small part did feel a little cheap, but considering the price, I can’t really complain too much. Overall, I’d say the quality is good for the money.

I like the products and everything I got was good quality, but the shipping costs really start to add up. Also, having to wait in the queue for help was annoying. It just made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had an order that didn’t quite work out, so I reached out to ask for a refund. Support took a little bit to get back to me, but once they did, they sorted it without any drama and the money went back onto my card. I was expecting a bit of a headache, so it felt like a small win getting it handled so smoothly. Happy with how they dealt with it.

Support did get back to me quickly and they eventually sorted out my issue without a ton of back and forth. That said, the first reply felt a little like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, so I did feel kind of ignored at first. Once they understood the problem, though, it was handled fine.

I found some things to be cheap, but overall the value felt kind of hit or miss. From my experience with this one order, I’d say it’s probably worth checking prices closely instead of assuming everything is a great deal.

So i have ordered an item last week that said it would ship on the 23rd (yesterday). nothing happened, so i checked my order and it has now changed to "restocking" with no date. my obvious question now is... how long will that roughly take? i don't mind the wait, i'm just curious.

“Your in for a ride my friend, buckle up cause these guys are scam artist's, and they will try to piss you off in their message reply, don't let them, stay cop; and meg them every time they respond and not before, they put your message at the back of line to discipline you for not waiting a month or two for them to respond to the first one. I guess you have gathered by his point that your dealing with lil tiny turd people who thrive on theft and deception. It took four months to get a partial refund and that I truly believe is only because I didn't show how enraged I was in my messages to these tiny pricks. I truly believe they grew tired of my persistence, due to not letting it show I think they realized they couldn't make me give up through their consistent rude behavior, demeaning behavior etc. I have no idea how this place is still up and running.”
